Last November, called Whole House Fan Co for price on attic insulation and scheduled estimate the next day. Tech arrived on time and detailed options of insulation and benefits of Whole House Fan. Obtained three bids and chose Whole House. Insulation team on time and efficient. Not sure of insulation savings yet but look forward to realizing benefits this summer.

Whole House Fan Co. showed up on time with a quote and detailed everything. We scheduled it for a few weeks out. They arrived on time and installed everything the same day, which included a new house fan, attic fan, and attic insulation. They patched the previous location of the house fan and recommended a tape, texture, and paint contractor. I believe our job was more difficult than most with four individual attics and a old house fan at the middle of our staircase about 20' from the ground floor. Everything was just as expected which is not common these days. We also believe it was a good value based on other quotes for parts of their total bid. I would highly recommend them!

I enjoyed every step of the process. The initial bid and quote were a thousand less than my second-lowest bid. And the other guy had included the SMUD rebate. I also enjoyed talking with Frank. He was very informative and helpful. They helped me with the financing arrangements and scheduled my job a few days later. And the repair guys were professional and respectful of me and my home. Now I am waiting with anticipation for my next pg&e bill!
